• the cost of labour (we provide professional and verified personnel whose work is on the highest level)

There are no hidden costs. The unit price per square metre includes all costs of the service we provide.

• painting of all walls in the colour of your choice selected from the Beckers or Magnat palettes. You can pick any colour for each wall. In rooms exposed to steam and dirt (kitchen, bathroom, toilet) we paint the walls with paints dedicated for bathrooms and kitchens
• painting ceilings with white emulsion paints
• bathroom furnishing: washbasin, compact or wall-hung toilet, bathtub or shower stall
• installation of washbasin tap, bathtub tap and bathtub-shower fittings
• installation of doors, door casings, door handles, and locks
• tiling of floors and ceilings in the hall, kitchen (space between cabinets), bathroom (up to 2.20 m in height) together with baseboards
• installation of three-slat panels in rooms and the living room together with skirting boards
